Account Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Partner-Client Support.
Assist the success team in responding to partner-client inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions.

Project Coordination.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Help track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality completion.

Data Entry and Analysis.
Assist in data entry and analysis tasks to support performance tracking and reporting efforts. Contribute to the generation of insights for partner-client campaigns.

Strong Work Ethic.
Demonstrate reliability and dedication to assigned tasks. Uphold high standards of work quality and take ownership of responsibilities.

Communication Skills.
Communicate effectively with team members and partner-clients, both in written and verbal formats. Share updates, gather information, and ensure clarity in all interactions.

Documentation.
Keep accurate and organized records of partner-client communications, project details, and progress updates. Ensure all relevant information is readily accessible to the success team.

Research and Learning.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Proactively research and gather information to support the success team in making informed decisions.

Eager to Learn.
Approach tasks with a curiosity to learn and a willingness to acquire new skills. Participate in training sessions and seek opportunities to expand your knowledge within the marketing field.

Critical Thinking.
Collaborate with the success team to brainstorm solutions for challenges and roadblocks. Contribute fresh perspectives and ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Office Duties.
Help complete office tasks including, but not limited to, answering and making phone calls (and other correspondence), copy making, meeting set up, supply run, etc.

Qualifications:

• College (Associates / BA) degree or job experience; relevant coursework and/or professional experience is a plus.

• A strong desire to learn and develop within the marketing industry.

• Demonstrated work ethic through academic or extracurricular achievements.

• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
