This unique, datadriven and science-based approach to paid media delivers higher conversion rates faster and at a significantly lower cost. We are currently searching for an Account Executive to join our team.

 

Position Summary: Determined is seeking an innovative, experienced, and passionate new business development leader. This sales and marketing professional will be responsible for establishing new relationships, routes for connection, and business strategies to ultimately increase the agency’s client base and profitability. Serving as the day-to-day client-facing representative to the partner client, the Account Executive will lead the Determined team to assure partner clients’ goals and objectives are represented and met on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running to identify, prospect, negotiate and close new client engagements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to evaluate and identify a targeted pipeline of new client prospects/revenue opportunities.
  • Provide impactful sales and business development outreach to meet agreed-upon quarterly and annual sales/revenue goals.
  • Serve as Determined’s ambassador in the public, as well as evangelize the marketplace seeking new client opportunities.
  • Develop new client opportunities via outbound sales calls, email marketing, attending events, leveraging your network and relationships.
  • Create comprehensive sales strategies to increase awareness of Determined’s capabilities and opportunities to pitch new clients.
  • Translate customer goals into actionable programs.
  • Develop new client pitch presentations, create timelines and agendas, maintain call reports and establish follow-up plan.
  • Manage the entire customer journey from initial outreach, discovery, pitch, scope of work development, close of the engagement, and ongoing management of the partner-client relationship.
  • Serve as Determined’s lead client-facing representative in all meetings with partner-clients
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite decision makers at prospective clients.
  • Maintain a running log of prospective clients and actionable next steps.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in new business development/sales roles.
  • Demonstrated industry relationships and experience in advertising, media and marketing.
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional, high-energy presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Keen understanding of data, digital, and social media channels
